Cancellation Policy: We understand your time is valuable- and so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and our clients, we request you give us at least 24-hour notice should you need to cancel your color appointment. If you fail to notify us in the allotted time, the card on file required when booking will be charged a 50% service fee. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
